Service and Re-Do & Retail Return Policy: I strive to offer my guest the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will give you a full refund for 7 days from your initial purchase, or I will exchange at full credit for up to 90 days from your initial purchase.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guest, I do require 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice a $20 service fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
